Sheila Dodge

Sheila Dodge is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Broad Clinical Labs. Prior to this role, Sheila held positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, ShiftGear Work Design, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and Broad Institute. Sheila has extensive experience in managing process development operations, overseeing high-throughput processes, and implementing cost-saving strategies. Sheila holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an ALM in Biology from Harvard University, and a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University.
