Brian McCormick

Brian McCormick has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting with their role as a Front Office Manager at the Inn at Beaver Creek. Brian then worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at Beaver Creek Ski Resort before moving on to become the Human Resources Director at Allegria Spa in East West Resorts. McCormick later joined Vail Resorts, where they served as the Area Director of Human Resources for various properties. Brian also held multiple roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including Regional Director of HR Operations and Regional Director of Colleague Culture. Most recently, McCormick worked as the Director of Human Resources, Hospitality & Real Estate at Kohler Co. and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Broadmoor. Throughout their career, McCormick has demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, cultural transformation, and strategic HR management.

Brian McCormick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from The University of Georgia, attending from 1996 to 2001.
