Charles Manzari

Charles Manzari has extensive experience in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as Director of Corporate Development at Broadridge since December 2019, following several progressive roles within the same company. Prior to this, Charles worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Mizuho, focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) coverage. Charles began their career at Broadridge as a Corporate Development Intern, where responsibilities included M&A and corporate strategy. Additionally, Charles has experience in portfolio management, having been Head Portfolio Manager and Junior Portfolio Manager at the Stevens Student Managed Investment Fund. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance from Stevens Institute of Technology and completed high school at Cornwall Central High School.
