Irina Trachuk

Irina Trachuk is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Broadridge since October 2021, Irina oversees a distributed test team of 15 FTE and has successfully led QA efforts for seven projects. Prior to this, Irina held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Genesys from October 2009 to October 2021, where responsibilities included building and developing a QA team, managing four distinct projects, and implementing test automation strategies to enhance efficiency. Irina's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Software QA Engineer and Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent and Reksoft, respectively. Education was completed at Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications.
