Dana Hilts has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dana is currently the VP of Disability & Leave Operations at Broadspire, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Consultant in Strategy & Analytics at Lincoln Financial Group from April 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Broadspire from November 2020 to April 2022.

Dana Hilts also has extensive experience at MetLife, where they served as an Operations Manager from May 2019 to November 2020. Dana was responsible for leading a team of 100+ absence experts and driving innovation through data analytics and process automation. Dana also worked as a Sr. Product Development Consultant at MetLife from April 2017 to April 2019, contributing to exceeding renewal premiums and improving pre-tax profits.
