Sr. Customer Success Manager at BrokerBay

Cameron Doughty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cameron started their career as a BOTS Intern at Donorworx Inc. in 2013 and continued to work there as a Strategic Value Analyst from April to September 2015. In September 2015, Cameron joined Tilt.com as a Brand Ambassador until September 2016.

Cameron then transitioned to the food and hospitality industry, working at Terroni Group as a Food Runner from February 2016 to February 2017, and later as a Server from June 2016 to April 2018. In 2018, they joined Flexday as a Summer Intern from April to December 2018 and later worked there as a Network Support Specialist for five months from January to May 2019.

In January 2021, Cameron joined Traction on Demand as a Nonprofit Solutions Consultant and served in that role until July 2021. Cameron then moved to BrokerBay, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in August 2021. Cameron's role at BrokerBay was subsequently elevated to Sr. Customer Success Manager, starting in August 2022.

Cameron Doughty completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Retail Management at Ryerson University from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they also obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from BrainStation. Prior to attending Ryerson, Cameron attended Dalhousie University from 2014 to 2016 where they pursued a Bachelor of Management degree. Before their university education, Cameron attended Greenwood College School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Cameron obtained their Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in April 2021.
