Matthew L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew started working at Rabba Fine Foods as a Cashier in 2004 before moving to the Government of Canada as a Deputy Returning Officer in 2006. In the same year, they also joined Best Buy Canada as a Gaming Sales Specialist. Matthew later became a Department Leader at Best Buy Canada from 2010 to 2012. Matthew then worked at the Opportunities for the Disabled Foundation as an Assistant Office Manager from 2013 to 2013. Matthew also had a role at Bell as a Sales Specialist from 2013 to 2014 and as a Store Lead from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, Matthew worked as an Administrative Clerk at KPMG Canada. Matthew transitioned to BrokerBay in 2021, where they started as a Customer Success Associate and eventually became a Team Lead, Customer Success in 2022. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Head of Support at BrokerBay, a role they started in April 2023.
Matthew L. attended George Brown College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.
