Dougie Boyd

Dougie Boyd has a diverse background in education, having started their career as a Teacher of English before moving into various leadership roles. Dougie has held positions such as Head of English, Associate Headteacher, and Director of Education & Wellbeing. With a PGCE in English and Drama Secondary from the University of Cambridge and a BS (Hons) in Drama & Theatre Studies from the University of Kent, Dougie has a strong educational foundation. Dougie's experience includes working at both Brook and Rainham Mark Grammar School, showcasing their dedication to improving education and wellbeing for students.
