Faith Kowerko

Faith Kowerko is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Faith currently works at Brookdale as the Director of Human Resources Administration, where they align business objectives with associates and provides consulting on HR issues. In addition, they have earned certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute in 2014 and the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in the same year. Faith also holds a Veterans at Work Program Certificate from the SHRM Foundation, which was obtained in 2023.
