Hagar Berlin

Hagar Berlin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education and nonprofit sectors. Hagar started their career in 2002 as a Strategic Initiatives Associate at Urban Education Exchange. Hagar then worked as a Development Associate at Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc. from 2004 to 2006, and later became the Development Director at the same organization from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Hagar worked as a Fundraising and Business Development Consultant for various educational nonprofit organizations.

In 2010, Hagar joined Summer Search as the Bay Area Director of Development, where they led fundraising efforts and increased revenue by 30% in one year. Hagar was promoted to the role of Executive Director in 2011, overseeing program delivery and achieving exceptional results for low-income students.

In 2014, Hagar moved to Reading Partners and served as the Vice President of Development for three years.
