Chelsea Garot

Chelsea Garot, MSHR, PHR, currently serves as Benefits Manager at Brookfield Asset Management since March 2023 and holds a position as a Board Member for Prismatic, an organization focused on developing value-driven student leaders. Previously, Chelsea held various roles at Cresco Labs, including Senior Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager, and worked as a Senior Human Resource Consultant at both Toast, Inc. and StratEx Partners. Other experiences include Human Resources positions at Hilton Chicago and Waldorf Astoria Naples, as well as teaching English with Overseas Educational Group. Chelsea earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and a degree in Business & Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota.
