Roger Theis

Roger Theis has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Roger is currently the Vice President of Development at Brookfield Residential, where they have been since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Land Development at Slater Hanifan Group from 2013 to 2018. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Principal at TDR GROUP, LLC. Roger also served as the Director of Phoenix Office at West Company from 2011 to 2013 and as a Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Coe & Van Loo Consultants Inc. from 2002 to 2008 and at Val-tec from 1998 to 2002.

Roger Theis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Roger furthered their education in leadership by completing a program called Leadership West, Class XIX, from 2012 to 2013.
