Mark Hensel

Mark Hensel has extensive experience in the security industry, with a focus on managerial and leadership roles. Mark worked as a District Manager at Brosnan Risk Consultants, responsible for client locations across PA. Prior to that, they were a Regional Vice President at SOS Security LLC, where they helped the company grow into a $500 million company. Mark also held the position of Executive Director at Andrews International, where they demonstrated expertise in security, emergency response planning, and budget planning. Mark was also a District Manager at U.S. Security Associates, Inc., and spent 12 years at Day & Zimmermann Security Services, with the last 3 years as District Manager in the Allentown, PA region. During their tenure, the region experienced significant growth and maintained a high client satisfaction rating. Mark received the 2009 Performance Award at Day & Zimmermann and played a key role in facilitating CFATS compliance and achieving OSHA STAR recognition at client facilities.

Mark Hensel earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Reading Area Community College, completing their studies between 1978 and 1980. Mark also acquired Act 120 certification from the Reading, PA Police Academy.
