Mitchell Screen Jr., MBA, is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Instructional Leader with Broward County Public Schools since November 2020. Other roles within the school system include School Guidance Resource, ESE Teacher, Middle School Team Lead, Equity Liaison, School Advisory Council Chair, Library Media Advisory Committee member, and ELA Department Head. Prior to this, Mitchell worked in various capacities including Human Resources Coordinator at ScreenTech Services and Recruiter at 561 Recruiting. A background in design is supported by a BA in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA focused on Human Resources Management obtained from Southern New Hampshire University.
