Marci Steiding

Marci Steiding serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail Marketing Strategy at Brown & Brown since September 2009, where responsibilities include facilitating business growth and fostering collaboration through marketing and sales tools. Previous roles at Brown & Brown include Vice President of Marketing and Sales Enablement and Vice President of Marketing and Communications, contributing to sales efficiencies and strategic direction for company goals. Prior to Brown & Brown, Marci held positions in the pharmaceutical industry at Biovail, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, achieving notable sales rankings and recognition such as being named to the President’s Club. Marci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Central Michigan University.
