Matt Dorman

Matt Dorman is a Corporate Principal Associate at Browne Jacobson LLP, where employment has spanned from March 2020 to the present, progressing through roles as Corporate Senior Associate and Corporate Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Trainee Solicitor and Corporate Paralegal at Gowling WLG, conducting legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
