John Cohoat has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. John started their career in 2003 as an Escrow Closer and Title Examiner at Meridian Title Corporation, where they closed over a thousand escrow transactions and participated in management training courses. In 2009, they became a Counsel at the same company, working with attorneys and underwriters to mitigate risk and provide comprehensive insurance products for customers.
