John Cohoat

John Cohoat has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. John started their career in 2003 as an Escrow Closer and Title Examiner at Meridian Title Corporation, where they closed over a thousand escrow transactions and participated in management training courses. In 2009, they became a Counsel at the same company, working with attorneys and underwriters to mitigate risk and provide comprehensive insurance products for customers.

In 2012, Cohoat joined Browning Investments, Inc. as a Development Associate, responsible for coordinating RFP responses, building relationships, assisting with financing placement, and managing project documentation. John held this role until 2013.

Returning to Browning Investments in 2014, Cohoat took on various roles, including Director of Real Estate Development, Vice President of Development, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development since October 2021.
