Abby Dvorkin has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Abby is currently working as Of Counsel at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck since May 2021. Abby began their legal career as a Volunteer Law Clerk at the Eighteenth Judicial District of Colorado from September 2010 to April 2011. Abby also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety from April 2008 to July 2010. During their time there, they focused on regulatory, licensing, and inspection matters, overseeing various boards and commissions and drafting building codes and access regulations. Abby also gained experience as an Investigator/Attorney at the Division of Labor Relations in 2008 and as a Labor and Employment Law Clerk at the Department of Industrial Accidents from June 2006 to November 2006.

Abby Dvorkin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Abby later attended Suffolk University Law School from 2004 to 2007, earning a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
