Colleen Kelly

Colleen Kelly has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Colleen began their career as a Finance Manager at Fluor Corporation in 1995, where they managed finance for a US segment of an international mining project and implemented and maintained the Timberline system. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as the Director of Corporate Services at Tundra Data Corporation, where they established the organizational structure and developed human resources and benefits functions. Colleen then returned to Fluor Corporation in 2000 and held various roles, including Manager of Finance Systems, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, and Senior Manager of Internal Audit. In these positions, they managed global SAP implementation, facilitated training, and conducted audits of projects and offices. From 2013 to 2020, they served as the Director of Project Business Services and Director of Prime Contract Management at Fluor Corporation, where they oversaw multi-billion dollar projects, managed finance and compliance with international tax and labor laws, and handled staffing recruitment and training. Currently, they are working as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck starting from 2023.
