Senior Lead - Customer Success (us Enterprise) at BrowserStack

Dharna Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They are currently working as a Team Lead - Customer Success at BrowserStack since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Whatfix from 2019 to 2021, initially as a Customer Success Manager (Partner Channel) and later as a Sr. Customer Success Manager (Partner Channel). Dharna also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Chargebee from 2018 to 2019.

Before transitioning into the customer success field, Dharna worked in sales and marketing roles. They served as a Senior Manager in Sales & Marketing at The Times Of India from 2016 to 2018. In addition, Dharna worked as a Management Trainee at ENIL, where they gained exposure to various functions within Radio Mirchi. They also had a brief stint as a Sales and Marketing Manager handling corporate clients at the same company.

Dharna's earlier experience includes organizing and being the primary licensee for TEDx IMT Ghaziabad from 2015 to 2016. They also completed a summer internship in sales at Agro Tech Foods Limited in 2015, where they successfully increased sales and gathered valuable consumer insights.

Furthermore, Dharna has editorial experience as a Senior Editor at the online satire portal, News That Matters Not, from 2011 to 2014. They mentored new authors and managed the website's Facebook page.

Dharna began their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys from 2012 to 2013.

Dharna Chauhan's education history begins with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering, which they pursued at Symbiosis Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, during the period of 2011 to 2012. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Dharna Chauhan has also obtained certifications, including "Atmiyata course" from Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, ILS, Pune, in May 2023, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma.
