James Hubert

James Hubert is a seasoned Senior Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing processes. Currently at BRP since February 2020, James previously held various roles at Tower International from May 1989 to February 2020, culminating in the position of Industrial Engineer IV, where responsibilities included mentoring junior engineers and leading new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Maysteel Industries LLC and Rockwell Automation, where James successfully managed teams, optimized assembly operations, and contributed to significant production improvements. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a certificate in Occupational Ergonomics from the University of Michigan.
