Vitor Borges

Vitor Borges has a strong background in data engineering and cloud architecture. Vitor started their career as an intern at Santander Brasil in 2018, where they gained experience in the financial industry. From 2019 to 2020, Vitor worked as a Data Engineer at Cia. da Consulta, focusing on data processing and analysis. Vitor then joined Semantix in 2020 as a Data Engineer, where they further developed their skills in data engineering. In 2022, Vitor joined BRQ Digital Solutions as a Senior Data Cloud Engineer, where they implemented data mesh architecture and designed efficient data pipelines. Vitor currently holds the position of Lead Data & ML at the same company, leading a team of data engineers and overseeing the successful delivery of projects.

Vitor Borges completed their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidade Federal do ABC from 2016 to 2022. Vitor also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology with a focus on Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the same university from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Vitor has obtained various certifications including AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft, and certifications in Data Lake - Design, Project, and Integration and Design and Implementation of Data Warehouses from Data Science Academy.
