Jennifer Galbraith

Jennifer Galbraith, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career as the Director of HR at Producers Ag Insurance Group, where they played a key role in expanding the organization and developing HR strategies. Jennifer then transitioned to AIG, where they served as the Automation Solution Analyst and later as the Director of Operations for Group Benefits. At AIG, they utilized project management best practices, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and led the establishment of a new operations center. Following their time at AIG, Jennifer joined Bell Flight as the Human Resources Site Leader, overseeing HR operations for multiple sites and implementing various HR initiatives. Most recently, they joined Bruckner's Truck & Equipment as the Director of HR. Overall, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR leadership.

Jennifer completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Before pursuing their graduate studies, Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Accounting from West Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from Amarillo College, where they enrolled from 1996 to 2000.
