Molly has worked for nearly two decades in policy communications, with particular experience in financial, economic and foreign policy.
Before joining Brunswick, Molly most recently served as Chief Communications Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). She oversaw the agency’s public engagement strategy and provided strategic counsel to the CEO and senior leadership.
Before DFC, from 2017-2019, she served as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury where she focused on departmental priorities, including regulatory and financial reform, foreign investment, sanctions, and combatting illicit finance. This was Molly’s second stint at the Treasury Department, having previously served as the Director of Public Affairs and Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.
Molly served as Managing Director at Reservoir Communications Group, from 2015 – 2017, where she developed reputation campaigns and public policy initiatives for Fortune 50 clients and major trade organizations. Before that, she was a Director on the Corporate Communications team at Citigroup Inc., from 2009 – 2015, where she oversaw Citi’s public policy and legislative communications efforts. Prior to Citigroup, Molly served in spokesperson roles at the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury and the Committee on Ways and Means in the U.S. House of Representatives.
She graduated with a BBA in Business Management from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.
