Gareth Wilkins

Gareth Wilkins has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and management roles in the retail sector. Gareth began their career as a part-time Sales Advisor and gradually progressed to become a Store Manager for London Electricity plc. Gareth then worked for Debenhams, where they held positions such as Stock Movement Manager, Sales Manager, Modernization Project Manager, and Store Manager. In 2006, they joined Home Retail Group PLC as a Store Manager for Homebase and later became a Peak Planning Manager. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Shopping Center Manager for Edinburgh House. Most recently, they have been working for Bruntwood and Bruntwood Works, starting as an Area Retail Manager and currently serving as Head of Retail Operations. Gareth has extensive experience in maximizing sales, managing store operations, building effective relationships, and leading teams.

Gareth Wilkins completed their education at the University College of Estate Management from 2016 to 2021, earning a BSC Hons degree in Real Estate Management. Additionally, from 1983 to 1990, they attended Southfields School where they obtained their A levels and 10 GCSE's.
