Joeri Hendrickx has extensive experience in the aviation industry. Joeri started their career as a Security Agent/Profiler at Securair in 2002 and later joined United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative. In 2006, they worked as a Cabin Crew Member at TUI Airlines Belgium before joining Brussels Airlines. At Brussels Airlines, Hendrickx held various roles including Security Officer, Security, Crisis & Emergency Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Security, Crisis & Emergency Response. In their current role, they are responsible for strategic and operational management of aviation security, company security, and emergency response. Hendrickx has a strong focus on prevention, handling, and limiting the consequences of incidents, while ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Joeri Hendrickx completed their education at the following institutions:
