Karen Rance Dnp

Karen Rance DNP, CPNP has extensive work experience in the medical affairs field. Karen currently holds the position of VP, Head of Medical Affairs at Bryn Pharma since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ALK from December 2016 to June 2023, serving as the North America Director of Medical Affairs and later as the Head of Medical Affairs, North America. Before joining ALK, Karen worked at Allergy Partners P.A. as a Doctor of Nursing Practice/Nurse Practitioner/Asthma Educator from August 2010 to January 2019. Karen also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University's Graduate School of Nursing from 2011 to December 2018. Furthermore, Karen gained experience as a US Clinical Affairs and Education Liaison at Thermo Fisher Scientific in September 2016 and as a Medical Science Liaison at Meda Pharmaceuticals, US from June 2015 to September 2016.

Karen Rance DNP, CPNP completed their education history with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Virginia in 2010. Karen'sdissertation focused on Uncontrolled Asthma in African American Children. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Old Dominion University in 1996, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Karen began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University between 1980 and 1984.
