Amber Chatham, CSM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Baylor Scott & White Health, providing strategic guidance and utilizing people metrics to align HR programs with business goals. With extensive HR experience, Amber has held strategic roles at MRM - CPAs and Wealth Advisors and Edwards & Associates, PC, focusing on operations, compliance, and employee engagement. As a Human Resources Consultant at A.K. & Co. Consulting, Amber developed HR processes and supported organizational culture. Additionally, Amber has contributed to HR initiatives in the baking industry as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University, Amber remains an active Elite Member at The Black In HR (TM).
