Kenneth Dsouza

Kenneth Dsouza has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to present. Kenneth currently works as a Lead Data Analyst at BT, where they manage and mentors a team of 5 data analysts. Kenneth is currently involved in a Remediation project and is responsible for interpreting data, creating reports, and developing a database for future reporting and data management. Prior to BT, they worked as a Data Analyst at First State Super from 2015 to 2020, where they were involved in various tasks such as data interpretation, testing, report generation, and project collaboration. Before that, they served as a Team Leader at Superpartners from 2012 to 2015, where they provided administration support, resolved complex issues, and ensured compliance with procedures and service standards. Additionally, Kenneth worked briefly at Westpac in a financial and administrative role as a Deal Build Officer for Equipment Finance in 2012.

Kenneth Dsouza has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and International Relations from Karachi University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Education in Accounting and Economics at the Board of Intermediate - College from 2001 to 2003. Their earlier education includes a Science degree in Computer Science from St. Paul's English High School, which they obtained from 1990 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Kenneth has completed courses such as Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014, Microsoft Visual Studio, Power Bi - Bi tools, SQL SSRS, and RG146.
