Maya Takegami

Maya Takegami is the current Head of Human Resources, APAC at BTIG, with previous experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Bendelta. Maya has a diverse background in HR roles at Macquarie Group, including People & Culture Director for Commodities & Global Markets, Talent Lead for Capital Markets, and Global Reward Partner for MSG and Commodities and Financial Markets. Maya also has experience as a Provisional Psychologist at The Sydney Clinic and as a Human Resources Advisor at Naiman Clarke. Maya holds a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney.
