Gareth Knopp

Gareth Knopp serves as the Innovation & Simulation Manager at Bucher Municipal UK, a position held since April 2006, where Gareth oversees the integration of new technologies into the company's range of sweepers and leads a team of multidisciplinary engineers. Prior roles include Engineering Project Manager and Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on road cleansing systems and vehicles. Prior to Bucher Municipal, Gareth worked at Houchin Aerospace as a Design Engineer, developing ground support equipment for civil and military applications, and at Clarmac Cartem, also as a Design Engineer, specializing in insulated storage tanks and pumping systems for bitumen. Gareth holds an HND in Mechatronics from Mid Kent College, along with a high school education from Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School.
