Elizabeth Alexander has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Elizabeth began their career as a Management Trainee at McDonald's in 2004. Following that, they worked at Oxfam as a Sales Assistant until September 2005. During their education, they worked as a Part-Time Waitress/Food Server at The Bull Pub from September 2005 to March 2007. Elizabeth then joined The Post Office as a Counter Clerk and Retail Assistant from September 2007 to September 2011.

In 2011, Elizabeth started working at WTW, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they were a Pension Administrator responsible for day-to-day administration, member support, and training new staff. Elizabeth worked in this role from September 2011 to October 2018. Later on, they were promoted to Senior Pension Administrator, where they handled complaints, errors, and provided detailed analysis to clients and plan trustees until December 2022.

Currently, Elizabeth works at Buck as a Principal Pensions Administrator since December 2022.

Elizabeth Alexander obtained their GCSEs from Stanborough School for the period 2000-2005. Elizabeth subsequently pursued an A level in Business Administration and Management, General at Oaklands College from 2006-2007. Additionally, they obtained a Microsoft Office 2007 Competency Distinction through an Online Qualification in 2007.
