Jamie Scott

Jamie Scott has been working in the field of benefits and health and productivity consulting for over 20 years. They started their career at Mercer, where they worked as an Associate, responsible for assisting clients with managing their health and welfare plans. They then moved on to Lockton Companies, where they served as an Account Manager and later as an Account Executive, focusing on strategic planning and program implementation for employee benefit plans. Currently, Jamie is working at Buck as the Director of Benefits, leading the U.S. team and supporting clients with their benefit programs. They have held various leadership positions within Buck, including Principal and Director of Health & Productivity. Jamie's expertise lies in vendor management, plan management, and overall management of benefit programs.

Jamie Scott completed a Certificate in Accounting from Hickey College in 2001. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from McKendree University. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Jamie obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University.
