Jennifer Pesce

Jennifer Pesce has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jennifer currently holds the position of Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Buck, A Gallagher Company, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruiter III-Experienced Hire, Advisory at KPMG from 2021 to 2022. Jennifer also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at North Highland in 2021. Before that, Jennifer worked as the Director of Recruiting/Executive Recruiting Consultant at 1H Recruiting from 2020 to 2020. From 2014 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Primo Water North America, where they developed and executed recruiting strategies and managed a team of recruiters. Jennifer also has experience working at North Highland from 2008 to 2014, where they held various roles, including Relationship/Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter. In 2007, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Lead at The Experts Bench, and in 2006, they served as a Resource Manager at Gerard Stewart.
