Kyle Schetter

Kyle Schetter is an experienced leader in customer service and operations within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Buckeye Health Plan since August 2013, Kyle has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of Member and Provider Services. Prior to this, Kyle was the Director of the Member Choice Center at Express Scripts, overseeing a high-performance Home Delivery Pharmacy Operations Center across multiple locations from November 2010 to August 2013. Kyle’s earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Call Center Operations at Humana, where responsibilities included managing over 200 associates and focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, and similarly as Sr. Manager at Atos, where management encompassed over 300 technicians and a focus on technical support and quality assurance from February 1996 to May 2004.
