Customer Service Team Lead at Budget Thuis

Reinier Pruszner has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Reinier began their career in 2013 with the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London as part of their Post Bachelor elevator program, where they gained experience in all F&B outlets and served as the F&B office coordinator. Reinier then moved on to the Aqua Restaurant Group in 2014, where they worked as a Restaurant Supervisor, responsible for training and developing the staff. In 2017, they joined sketch Restaurants & Bars as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, and later became the manager of the Parlour and Glade Restaurants. In 2018, Reinier took on the role of Events and Roomservice Operations Manager at De L'Europe Amsterdam, overseeing the Events and In-Room Dining departments. Reinier then worked as a Contact Center Manager at Teleperformance, supporting and coaching a team of over 30 people. Most recently, Reinier held the position of Operations Team Lead at Coolblue, and they are currently working as a Customer Service Team Lead at Budget Thuis.

Reinier Pruszner completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in hospitality management from Stenden University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an MBO degree in hospitality management from Rijn IJssel from 2007 to 2011.
