Darren McDuffie

Darren McDuffie is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, military service, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of The Unity Police Organization since January 2024, Darren advocates against separatism and promotes community unity. Darren also runs McDuffie Marketing LLC, which offers tailored marketing and consulting services, meeting 80% of client marketing needs. Serving as a Police Lieutenant with the Buffalo Police Department since January 2012, Darren is dedicated to serving the local community. Additionally, as a Marketing & Recruiting Specialist for the Afro-American Police Association, efforts have focused on enhancing membership and organizational visibility through innovative strategies. Darren's military background includes service as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army and Military Police in the US Air Force Reserve, where notable experiences included deployments to Iraq. Education was pursued at Erie Community College.
