Tyler Porter, PHR, PHRca has over 17 years of experience in various roles in Human Resources. Tyler'smost recent role was Director of People Operations at Momentum where they collaborated with the CEO, Vice President, COO, and CPO to implement the company's strategic plan and oversee the development and implementation of the people strategy across the organization. Prior to this, they led a team of HRBPs and Generalists as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at The Save Mart Companies. Tyler also worked at Raley's as a Team Member Relations Specialist and at Nugget Market, Inc. in various roles including Head of Training and Development, Kitchen Manager, Person in Charge, Checker, and Courtesy Clerk. Tyler Porter has extensive experience in employee engagement, organizational capability, people systems, workplace diversity, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, as well as performance reviews, employee relations investigations, onboarding, and culture development.

Tyler Porter, PHR, PHRca received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 2007. Tyler also has additional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained from HR Certification Institute in November 2015 and Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca) obtained from HR Certification Institute in July 2019. Tyler also obtained a certification in Articulate Storyline Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2022.
