Ayele Shakur

Ayele Shakur is currently the CEO at BUILD. Prior to that, they served as the President and CEO of the Boston Learning Center from September 1995 to November 2010. The Boston Learning Center is a tutoring, test preparation, and motivational learning center for students in grades K-12.

Ayele Shakur received a BS in Business Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and an HS from Milton Academy. Ayele is currently pursuing a degree in Human Development and Psychology with a focus on Language and Literacy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
