What we are looking forWe are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Optimization Consultants/CRO.
• Translate requirements/briefs into engaging, interactive and customer-centric experiences
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, user research, and personae creation.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Adhere to and help evolve the design system
• Keep up with interaction design trends.
• Researching technology trends.
• Iterative prototyping and usability testing with users.
• Analytical and data driven insights that drive design.
• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi disciplinary team.
• Champion a customer-centric culture of world class UX execution throughout the business.
