Senior Product Manager

Our cloud-based commercial property management software is designed to specifically meet the needs of commercial property owners and property managers and make Commercial Real Estate simple and seamless for all parties. 

Your Role 

As Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and the cross-functional leadership team to drive product success within the local market. You’ll utilise your expertise in research, analysis, and evaluation to achieve product and business success metrics aligned with our strategy and goals, along with having the opportunity to directly impact customer acquisition and retention. 

This role could be based anywhere in NZ remotely or in our Auckland or Napier offices.  

Your Responsibilities  

• Product Strategy: Act as the link between customers, business, and development. Gather and analyse customer insights, drive product decisions, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Insights: Engage with customers to understand their needs, convert feedback into actionable development, and prioritise impactful features.
• Launch Management: Lead product launches, ensure user adoption, track success, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance product performance.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicate product vision across the organization, collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams, and keep stakeholders aligned with product goals.
• Performance & Growth: Improve product ROI, define KPIs, and drive continuous product enhancements. Stay current with industry trends and innovative practices. 

Your Experience  

• Significant experience as a product manager or related role in product marketing or technical product roles.
• Experience in SaaS and/or complex technology environments.
• Strong commercial, customer-centric, and strategic thinking.
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving with sound data and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated public speaking and storytelling abilities to influence and challenge the status quo.
