Kim Wylie

Kim Wylie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People at Builder.ai, an AI-powered software development platform. Kim also served as a Board Advisor at Temporall, an organizational intelligence company. Prior to these roles, Kim worked at FARFETCH as a Senior Director and Global Director of People Development, focusing on driving development and change within the organization. Before FARFETCH, Kim held various positions at Google, including Global Practice Lead, International Head of Customer Change and Culture, Change and Transformation Lead, Head of Enterprise Training and Change Management, and Training Specialist. They were also a Training Manager at Accord Marketing, where they designed and delivered training programs. Kim started their career as a Digital Product Trainer at Thomson Reuters.

Kim Wylie obtained their Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) degree in Marketing, Commercial Law, and Economics from Victoria University of Wellington from 1997 to 2000. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in the Psychology of Change and Organizational Development at the University of Bedfordshire. Currently, in 2022, Kim is completing a Certificate of Brain Based Coaching at the NeuroLeadership Institute. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Certified Strength Coach by Gallup in 2020, and they have completed various other courses and certifications in related fields.
