Lynal D'Souza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lynal currently holds the position of Head of People - APAC & MENA at Builder.ai, an AI-powered platform that builds software faster and at a lower cost. Prior to these roles, Lynal worked at CRED, a fast-growing Fin-tech startup, where they served as Lead for People Operations, Rewards, and Benefits. Before CRED, they worked at Zomato, India's leading food tech company, where they held multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. At Zomato, Lynal played a key role in HR strategy and operations for international markets, as well as overseeing HR functions for logistics and support functions in the online ordering division.

Before joining Zomato, Lynal worked at Runnr, a hyperlocal on-demand delivery service provider, where they served as an Associate Manager - People. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as payroll, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Lynal also worked as a Regional HR for the West region of India, handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance improvement plans.

Lynal's earlier work experience includes roles as a content writer and recruiter as a freelancer, Senior HR & Admin Executive at SSR Realty Ventures Private Limited, Human Resource Assistant at World Kitchen (India) Pvt Ltd, Human Resource and Admin Executive at The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of India, and Human Resource Trainee at BCCL.

Lynal D'Souza obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from St. Ignatius High School in Mumbai.
