Kyle White

Kyle White has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle is currently the Director of Business Development at Builders + Backers since April 2023. Prior to this, Kyle was the Co-Founder of Ilex Organics, a CPG and Ag-tech firm, where they managed various responsibilities such as overseeing sales revenue, managing strategic partnerships, handling business development, and designing marketing websites. Kyle co-founded Yaupon Brothers Tea in 2015 and also worked as an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard at Volusia County Beach Patrol starting from May 2010. In terms of their involvement in the entrepreneurial community, Kyle served as a Board Member at venVelo and ATHENAPowerLink Orlando from June 2021 to April 2023. Kyle was also an Assistant Director at the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College from May 2021 to December 2022. Additionally, they worked as an Entrepreneurship Coach at Blackstone Launchpad from August 2020 to September 2021 and participated in the Florida Venture Scale Up Cohort from March 2019 to June 2019. Lastly, Kyle was a cohort member at Rally | Social Enterprise Accelerator from April 2018 to September 2018.

Kyle White completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and Political Science from the University of Central Florida, spanning from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Journalism from Santa Fe College, during the years 2013 to 2015.
