Victoria Silvester

Victoria Silvester is currently serving as a Project Liaison at the Detroit Land Bank Authority, where responsibilities include managing real estate compliance submissions and addressing daily customer inquiries. Previously, Victoria worked as a Challenge Detroit Fellow, providing capacity building for Detroit area nonprofits through project-based partnerships and community engagement initiatives. Victoria gained experience in transportation planning through internships with the Michigan Department of Transportation and contributed to site feasibility studies at Vanguard Community Development Corp. Additionally, Victoria honed customer service skills as a Service Center Representative at Michigan State University and as a Food Server at Shakers Bar & Grill. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Michigan State University.
