Georgina Robilliard

Georgina Robilliard has extensive work experience in the field of people and culture. Georgina currently holds the position of VP of People at Buildkite since March 2022, after previously serving as the Head of People at the same company since May 2020. Prior to Buildkite, Georgina worked as the Head of People and Culture at Insured By Us from May 2018 to May 2020. Georgina also has experience as a Technical Recruiter, Chief of Staff, and various other roles at Lookahead Search from February 2013 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at RecWorks Ltd from February 2011 to December 2012.

Georgina Robilliard attended the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Sociology.
