Lee Herrera

Implementation Manager, Commercial at BuildOps

Lee Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 2003, Lee began an apprenticeship at Bastide, working under Ludo Lefebve. This was followed by a position as a Private Chef Assistant for Marco Garcia at the Knothole Club from 2004 to 2005.

In 2005, Lee joined Guckenheimer as a Line Cook and later became a Sous Chef. From 2012 to 2020, Lee held the role of Executive Chef and Operations & Food Service Manager at Guckenheimer. During this time, Lee managed the operations of "The Orchard," a private in-house health-conscious restaurant/cafe. Responsibilities included implementing operational improvements, managing budgets, planning menus, training new chefs, and establishing communication channels with customers and clients.

In 2020, Lee transitioned to ServiceTitan as an SMB Implementation Manager, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company's software solutions. Lee then took on the role of Mid Market & Enterprise Project Manager and later Project Engineer, before leaving in 2023.

Most recently, Lee joined BuildOps in 2023 as an Implementation Manager, focusing on commercial projects.

Lee Herrera attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where they obtained a Cuisine Diploma. The dates of enrollment and field of study were not provided.
