Joshua Duarte has held various roles in the workforce since 2007. Joshua began their career as a Teacher's Aid for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). In 2008, they worked as a Document Specialist for Forseti Technologies, Inc. In 2010, they became a Sales Representative for Direct Marketing Specialists. In 2011, they were a Customer Services Rep for Pitney Bowes. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Novitex Enterprise Solutions in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, General Clerk III (Team Lead), and Package Handler. Most recently, they have been the Intercom Chat Lead for BuildWithin.
Joshua Duarte has a High School Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from McKinley Technology High School. Joshua is currently studying Mass Communication/Media Studies at Norfolk State University. Joshua has also obtained four certifications: Delivering a world-class customer support experience from Intercom in October 2022, The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience from LinkedIn in October 2022, CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification from CompTIA in September 2022, and Networking Foundations: Networking Basics from LinkedIn in August 2022.
