Chris Richa has a robust background in accounting and business development, currently serving in such a capacity at Studio since November 2022. Previously, Chris worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at Southern Marinas, overseeing comprehensive accounting operations and adhering to governmental compliance requirements. Prior roles include Real Estate Accountant at Regency Centers, where tenant disputes were managed and financial statements prepared for multiple properties, and Staff Accountant at Patriot Rail Company, where monthly financials and reports were generated. Chris also gained valuable experience as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Crowley and as a Business Development Intern at GLS Communication while starting the career as a Customer Service Representative at Winn-Dixie. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of North Florida.
