Felina Tan

Felina Tan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing and account management. Felina currently serves as the Head of Client Services at Builtvisible, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Felina worked at Cognito as an Account Director from September 2021 to January 2023. During their time at Cognito, they specialized in digital marketing, leading and delivering programs focused on brand storytelling and performance marketing. Felina'sresponsibilities included managing paid and organic social media, providing SEO consultation, planning and activating PPC campaigns, web design and development, branding, influencer marketing, and reporting & analytics.

Before joining Cognito, Felina was a Senior Account Manager at Critical Mass from October 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they were the account lead for the INFINITI global social media retainer, managing various workstreams including channel and content strategy, agile content production, product launches, global brand campaigns, and social media experimentation.

Felina's previous experience includes working as an Associate Account Director at MullenLowe Profero from August 2017 to September 2018, where they managed digital client services for the Closeup retainer. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at MullenLowe Profero from June 2015 to June 2016, where they led website redesign, web optimization, and global brand campaigns for the Closeup brand.

Earlier in their career, Felina worked as a Senior Account Executive at Arcade from March 2014 to May 2015, and as an Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather from August 2013 to March 2014. Felina began their career in the industry as a Programming Assistant & Writer for MTV Asia at Viacom from November 2010 to October 2011.
